The Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU,Vladivostok, Russia) continues to use the MVN Analyze system to record athletes performance and movement.

The Motor Performance Research Laboratory was visited by President of the Technical Committee of the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) master Rudolf Kang, to take a look at the MVN Analyze system and test it on his student.

"For five years I have been writing a book on technique and biomechanics of shock action in Taekwon-Do, and felt an acute shortage of expertise and equipment for this activity in Russia. After the seminar, I had to go to South Korea to carry out an experiment there, but just before the takeoff I learned that the system required for us is available in the FEFU School of Arts, Culture and Sports," said Rudolf Kang.

Taekwon-Do is a relatively young martial arts and there were no studies on movement analyses for this sport. Master Rudolf Kang is sure that biomechal analyses can dramatically increase the level of training. MVN Analyze gives a perfect tool for sport scientists and coaches to understand the specifics of the movement in this sport. It helps to achieve a better understanding of every move athletes make during the session.

Master Rudolf Kang sees a big potential in using the MVN Analyze link suit for the preparation of athletes for the Olympic Games.
